Note: The CPS Week registration web site can only accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. If you would like to pay
for your CPS Week registration by wire transfer, please download and fill out the following registration information form and e-mail it along with a note indicating you'd like to pay by wire transfer to Linda Buss (lindabuss@mac.com), and Linda will contact you regarding details for making the wire transfer.
